Located in Vide Boutielle is ground floor office space measuring 2,200 sq ft. The space offers three large enclosed offices and three large enclosed spaces (for training or meetings etc), another open space with movable separators managing three desks, a small fully equipped kitchenette, lunch room and male and female bathrooms. There is also a small reception area with cash drawer and display stand already in place. The office comes fully furnished with air conditioning units. The phone and alarm system are already installed but would have to be reactivated at the cost to the tenant. The offer comes with some computer desk tops, fire proof filing cabinets and other office furniture.

There is 24 hour security on the outside of the building, seven days a week and this is a free service along with pipe borne water. The tenant is provided with three designated parking lots to the front on the building and any additional parking required would have to be to the side of the building.

Attached to the back of the office is a small warehouse section measuring 800 sq ft which comes with its own loading station and can be rented with or without the office space at additional costs.
