Happy New Year!!!

We would like to start off by wishing everyone a happy new year and a prosperous season, as we enter the first few months of the 2023 calendar, we have new opportunities that weren’t available to us in the prior year especially after coming off a hard rebounding period from Covid-19.

History has shown that the winners buy during a season of unrest or a period of inflation, that is how the big earners stay on top of the game, and what better time to invest than now. Land and Home purchases have always been a secure bet when it comes to investment, the buyer’s market in St. Lucia has seen a boom in requests for new purchases.

Just about anyone can get into the real estate market in Saint Lucia with land and house prices hovering around the three hundred-thousand-dollar threshold USD for certain properties.

My father was a farmer and he always said ”the pigs are the bread and butter for the farm, you can either bring home the bacon or live in the sty”. What he meant by that was simple you can either work hard and invest or wallow in mud.

I learned that nothing comes easy especially chasing piglets around the farm but it was worth it, if anything I would prefer bringing home the bacon.

The Air BnB’ market in Saint Lucia has now come into its own with properties basically flying off the shelf especially in the festive season. Carnival and the Christmas to  the New Year it’s almost impossible to find new Air BnB’s as they’re booked months or even a year in advance.
