Christine our Property Management Manager has a solid background in all aspects of business including human resource development, financial accounting, sales and marketing, public relations and journalism.

She is responsible for all aspects of property management including supervision of housekeepers, maintenance personnel, client’s accounts, and correspondence.

Christine is also accountable to villa owners and tenants for the preservation and protection of their properties.

Maria Buchner is the embodiment of integrity, reliability and diligence. Along with her team/assistants who share this fundamental code of ethics; Blue Reef Estate Ltd is poised to revolutionize the real estate market. Maria not only has years of real estate experience in both Germany and St. Lucia, but also brings to the table the multiple talents of the team. These individuals aid in making a client’s real estate experience as seamless, pleasant and efficient as possible.

At Blue Reef, "The Sales Specialists", it is a priority to cater to client’s needs and dreams in order to find that “perfect home, or perfect investment.” The team strives to offer the best real estate experience by discussing the needs of the client in detail.
