Brand: The condo hotel at Le Paradis will carry the Westin Hotel & Resorts brand, which is owned by Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. Starwood is one of the leading hotel companies in the world with about 850 properties in more than 100 countries.

Construction of Phase 1: The resort will be built in three phases over the course of five to seven years. Actual completion time will be based on a variety of factors including the pace of sales and various construction challenges.

• Phase 1 construction, including the condo hotel and 200 signature golf home sites, began January 2007. Expected   completion of phase 1 is Fall 2008.

In St. Lucia there are seven new golf courses planned and designed respectively by golfing greats Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Christy O’Conner Jr. Ernie Els and Robert Trent Jones.
