Walking through the main entrance, you are greeted by an open expanse and pool deck/ barbeque area, with a splendid crystal pool as the center piece. Preceding along the reddish tiles you will find the kitchen area to your left. At the end of the kitchen and storage block, you will notice a short stairway which leads you conveniently downwards to the garage. Moving groceries and other utilities between these locations is quite convenient. Just ahead on an elevated platform is a patio, which provides a wonderful view of the property’s natural beauty, and also the nearby neatly cut lawns of the   prestigious St. Lucia Golf Club.

The open aired living room is totally accessible from this point, and features an exceptionally spacious environment. Due to the architectural design and modifications to the principles of Feng Sui, the property seems to channel a smooth calming breeze, circulating it through every room throughout the house. Celestial sun rises and sunsets seep through every window and pore of the red wood, creating a stunning light effect that can be enjoyed everyday.

Moving about the Zanzen house is quite an experience due to the modern interior design. The design lends itself to the mastery of modern art. Walking up the angled stairway to the upper floor, the Guest and Master Bedroom can be accessed. The Master Bedroom is intricately designed as the room is in every sense of the word spacious. The ceiling is easily over 14 feet above the ground and the room is wide beyond compare.

A wide angled section of the room is virtually a giant window with the roof ceiling fitted securely above. The asphalt shingles are near 6 ½ years old. This room is easily an inanimate muse for any aspiring artist. The giant window offers a freedom and an unprecedented view of the land expanses, neighboring estates, and stunning views of the Atlantic, only to name a few.  The ensuite master bathroom is extraordinary, with generous space, a gorgeous tiled bathroom and wide shower area which also includes a 4 inch drain. This master bathroom is a work of art which brings to life the theme or atmosphere of being on the beach.

Exiting the artistic master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, a doorway will lead you to a third bed room. This bedroom is quaint and lovely, reminiscent of an elegant cabin room on a classic ship. At the end of the room, there are several windows which open out to the breath taking views to Rodney Bay, Pigeon Point and the Caribbean Sea. Many days and nights will be spent at this lookout; a vigil for admiring the land, sea, sun and stars.

Using another staircase takes you back to the ground level, but this time gaining access to the fourth, roomy and air conditioned bedroom. On this level a second bathroom can be found as well. Using a nearby corridor, you can find your way back to the living room area.

Every room is interconnected, so there virtually never seems to be a dead end. Perhaps this is the key formula which works with the architecture and Feng Sui of the Zazen.
