Description of house

The cottage itself was built in 1967 while its Caribbean Metal roof was installed in 2000 and is in remarkably well kept conditions. Indoor space measures a total of 1,400 sq.ft. Each themed bedroom contains an en-suite bathroom in addition to a powder room accessible via the living quarters and plenty of storage space.

The Cashew Villa is quite secure with sturdy burglar bars which do not compromise its aesthetic appeal and presentation. The villa is fully furnished, including a microwave, cable tv, CD player, all linen.
