Cap Estate

Cap Estate is easily one of the most coveted developments on the island. Comprising of an estimated 1,500 Acres. The development features the dynamic views of perching cliffs and multiple sandy beaches. This development is set in a key position, as ambitious and aesthetic individuals pay top dollar for Cap Estate's eagle- eye views. The Caribbean Sea, The Atlantic, and an added bonus - on clear days even Martinique's silhouette can be seen in the distance. The view even pierces through the heart of St.Lucia, as the famous Pitons "The Twin Mountains" are revealed to captivated viewers. Cap Estate is also noted as "the" upscale development on the island, and sports some of the finest housing developments, Spas, Villas, and complemeted with a major Golf course to prove its worth.

Bellevue

This recent neighborhood adjoins Cap Estate, and mainly offers lots on hilltops and hillsides. The lots enjoy plenty of sunshine and fascinating views over the Caribbean Sea, some lots over the Atlantic Ocean. Most lots are rectangular in shape and average ¼ acre in size.

Massade

This quiet residential neighborhood is also a successful area for commercial activity. One of the central attractions has to be Massade's extensive and heavenly view of Rodney Bay Marina from its hillside. When night falls, the view increases in beauty as the view comprises of the twinkling lights of the Rodney Bay's night life, the cool breeze on the hill, and the romance of the moon and the stars shimmering over the distant sea waters.

Gros Islet

"The Big Island" as its name suggests is the main village, located at the North Coast of the Island. The town consists of residential, commercial and industrial areas. Boarderd between Cap Estate and Rodney Bay, this town pulls the masses every Friday night, for its long time, legendary tradition- Friday Night Street Party. Constituting as a tourist attraction, and also supplying a night of St. Lucian revelry, Gros-Islet town is the well known heart and energy of the north.

Cas en Bas

This remote settlement is recently budding with activity, as a luxury resort has been built in this area. Secret secluded beaches await you, as this is what Cas-En- Bas is prized for. Bordering Gros-Islet , Massade, and Bonsejour, Cas -En-Bas benefits also from scenic hillsides. One of which has a striking view of Rodney Bay and another of the Atlantic Ocean

Beausejour

North of Rodney Bay, Beausejour's Cricket Stadium housed matches of the Cricket World Championships this year 2007. This residential area should be considered, as reasonably priced lots can be purchased. Even through the cricket fever, Beausejour remains a peaceful, quiet and ideal neighborhood with excellent quality road structures as a plus.

Bonne Terre

This development lies to the east of Rodney Bay and offers wonderful views depending on which side of the hill the property is located, the view may includes the Rodney Bay Marina and/ or the atlantic coastline. Lots here are of a reasonable price and size. Properties vary according the size and the location in the area.

Rodney Heights

Adjoining Bonne Terre and Rodney Bay, it was initially planned as an one-style residential development, but became a development of various styles. It has many upscale quality houses and apartment villas.

Rodney Bay Village (commonly called Rodney Bay)

Rodney Bay Village is the epicenter of entertainment in St Lucia. Initially a residential neighborhood, it developed over the years to become a tourist destination for visitors, with a wide variety of hotels and restaurants. Nevertheless, the commercial and tourist areas are distinct from the residential area. Properties here are upscale and expensive, the land being very prized. The location is ideal since shopping malls, activities, entertainment, restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Reduit Beach, are just a stone's throw away from the properties.

Reduit Orchard - Reduit Park

These neighboring residential areas have developed over the years to become the model neighborhood.
Well schemed roads, organized land lots, and a quiet atmosphere are just a few features that these residential areas have to offer. Right within range of the ever lively shopping and tourist hub Rodney Bay, Reduit residents benefit from their property investment immensely.

Monchy

East of Rodney bay, just a few minutes drive off the main road lies the country-side setting of Monchy.This area has great potential as it sports wonderful countryside views, and also lovely sea scenery. Monchy itself is a sizeable country-side area subdivided into smaller areas. La Feuille is most popular due to its close location to the touristed Rodney Bay. For its great country side and sea views, Monchy is also desired for its price range from low budget homes, to Upscale Villas.

Bois d'Orange

Five minutes south of Rodney Bay, the residential area of Bois d'Orange greets you. The Valley and hillsides within, are easily accessible via the main road. Bois d'Orange is well known for being the the area which houses two illustrious resorts; the Windjammer Landing and East Winds Inn. Reasonably priced medium sized properties populate the area. The neighboring Trouya, a remote upscale residential area is also located within Bois dOrange. A bonus with Trouya being remote, is that it also comes with its slightly secluded beach as well.

Marisule

Situated right next to the Bois d'Orange area, to the south and a bit further away from Rodney Bay, the majority of Marisule's properties are set on the hillside facing the Caribbean Sea, and overlooking the west and the south of the island. This residential area also provides the convenience of commercial livelihood and services, as it features its own shopping mall, repair centers, gas outlets and miscellaneous small shops.

Corinth

This village is located a bit further into the countryside, and has developed on a wide area, encompassing the valley, the hillsides and the hilltops. Properties here offer an unsurpassed country view and the area is mainly residential. The area is appreciated for its reasonable prices and for the slightly cooler climate on the inlands. Just like Monchy, this widespread village offers low-end to high-end accommodation. Access to some parts of Corinth may be difficult, but most definitely worthwhile.

Top of the World

The name is inviting, and so is this quiet residential quarter. Located on the top of a hill adjoining Marisule, properties here have medium-sized lots of land and are in a majority well kept. From this location, the houses boast a beautiful sea view, and for some houses also a country view overlooking Corinth on one side and Babonneau on the other. Union Going inland, this area is set at the bottom of a valley with a main road leading from the Gros Islet highway to the Babonneau village. Most of the land is flat, and offers more abundant and greener vegetation than areas closer to the sea and further north.

Babonneau

This village is undoubtedly the best example of a typical St Lucian village. It is located high up on a hilltop, and deep inside the island. It is often said that this area is colder than the rest of the island, nonetheless remaining very warm, and most definitely more luxuriant and flourishing than in the northern tip of St Lucia. Babonneau is widespread and boasts some remote residential areas, yet not too secluded. Prices are quite reasonable, due to the longer distance between the village and the seaside. It is also currently sought after for its beautiful lush landscape, and its growing potential to be a favored spot of development.

Sunny Acres

Located ideally just off the main road, residential neighborhood is very accessible.
Similar to Rodney Bay, Sunny Acres is also a residential area near a shopping central. The Gable Woods Mall, housing an endless array of shopping boutiques, internet cafes, trinket stalls and the like, is located at the foot of Sunny Acres. This residential area is nothing short of physically beautiful as this developed area is populated by tall trees, colorful flowers, and upscale properties. Also close to the Caribbean Sea side, these properties are often built on the hillside and boast great views over Choc Bay, the Bay south from Rodney Bay.

Castries

Capital of St Lucia, Castries has grown and spread over the past couple of decades to become a large area, with a dozen or more districts. The most prized areas for houses and lots of land are Vigie (near the airport), La Toc, the Morne (a hilltop overlooking the entire capital and its bay), Coubaril, and Tapion. For rentals, many areas offer affordable rates for well-kept apartments or houses, which can be found at Cedars, Entrepot, La Clery, The Morne, Vigie, Sunny Acres, Summersdale, Vide Bouteille, Sans Soucis, Cul de Sac and Carilee. Other quarters of Castries exist, and feature mainly commercial, industrial or agricultural properties.

Marigot Bay

The tropical setting of Marigot bay is call to all nature lovers. Cool waters, vibrant colors, swaying trees greet you, pleasing the scenses.
This serene haven is desired not only for its abundant natural beauty, but also for the genuine peace and areas of seclusion.
Nature set aside, there are small residential areas, quaint bars and restaurants which surround the are; but in no way hinder the seclusion and the natural peace.
