Five minutes south of Rodney Bay, the residential area of Bois d'Orange greets you. The Valley and hillsides within, are easily accessible via the main road. Bois d'Orange is well known for being the the area which houses two illustrious resorts; the Windjammer Landing and East Winds Inn. Reasonably priced medium sized properties populate the area. The neighboring Trouya, a remote upscale residential area is also located within Bois dOrange. A bonus with Trouya being remote, is that it also comes with its slightly secluded beach as well.

Situated right next to the Bois d'Orange area, to the south and a bit further away from Rodney Bay, the majority of Marisule's properties are set on the hillside facing the Caribbean Sea, and overlooking the west and the south of the island. This village is located a bit further into the countryside, and has developed
on a wide area, encompassing the valley, the hillsides and the hilltops. Properties
here offer an unsurpassed country view and the area is mainly residential.
The area is appreciated for its reasonable prices and for the slightly cooler
climate on the inlands. Just like Monchy, this widespread village offers low-end
to high-end accommodation. Access to some parts of Corinth may be difficult,
but most definitely worthwhile.

Top of the World
The name is inviting, and so is this quiet residential quarter. Located
on the top of a hill adjoining Marisule, properties here have medium-sized
lots of land and are in a majority well kept. From this location, the houses
boast a beautiful sea view, and for some houses also a country view overlooking
Corinth on one side and Babonneau on the other. Union Going inland, this area
is set at the bottom of a valley with a main road leading from the Gros Islet
highway to the Babonneau village. Most of the land is flat, and offers more
abundant and greener vegetation than areas closer to the sea and further north.

Babonneau
This village is undoubtedly the best example of a typical St Lucian village. It is located high up on a hilltop, and deep inside the island. It is often said that this area is colder than the rest of the island, nonetheless remaining very warm, and most definitely more luxuriant and flourishing than in the northern tip of St Lucia. Babonneau is widespread and boasts some remote residential areas, yet not too secluded. Prices are quite reasonable, due to the longer distance between the village and the seaside. It is also currently sought after for its beautiful lush landscape, and its growing potential to be a favored spot of development.

Sunny Acres
Located ideally just off the main road, residential neighborhood is very accessible.
Similar to Rodney Bay, Sunny Acres is also a residential area near a shopping central. The Gable Woods Mall, housing an endless array of shopping boutiques, internet cafes, trinket stalls and the like, is located at the foot of Sunny Acres. This residential area is nothing short of physically beautiful as this developed area is populated by tall trees, colorful flowers, and upscale properties. Also close to the Caribbean Sea side, these properties are often built on the hillside and boast great views over Choc Bay, the Bay south from Rodney Bay.

Castries
Capital of St Lucia, Castries has grown and spread over the past couple
of decades to become a large area, with a dozen or more districts. The most
prized areas for houses and lots of land are Vigie (near the airport), La
Toc, the Morne (a hilltop overlooking the entire capital and its bay), Coubaril,
and Tapion. For rentals, many areas offer affordable rates for well-kept apartments

Sunny Acres, Summersdale, Vide Bouteille, Sans Soucis, Cul de Sac and Carilee.
Other quarters of Castries exist, and feature mainly commercial, industrial
