Allamanda Signature Villas

There will be two three bedroom and one four bedroom villa residences located on the uppermost Eastern side of the property, all with stunning ocean views.

The three bed villas will have approximately 3,186 sq. ft of living space and 1,021 sq. ft. of terraces and the four bed villa will have approximately 3,694 sq. ft. of living space and 1,101 sq. ft of terraces.

These villas will be secluded enclaves within the domain, each having their own private infinity pool and gardens.

Allamanda Apartments

In total there are four one bed and three two bed apartments, and six two bed and four thee bed duplex apartments at various locations on the property.

• The one bed apartments will have approximately 968 sq. ft. of living space and 348 sq. ft. of terrace area.
• The two bed apartments will have approximately 1,762 sq. ft. of living space and 415 sq. ft. of terrace area.
• The two bed duplex apartments will have approximately 1,988 sq. ft. of living space and 690 sq. ft. of terrace area.
• The three bed duplex apartments will have approximately 2,603 sq. ft. of living space and 722 sq. ft. of terrace area.

The apartments will feature spacious balconies with spectacular views. All the apartments will enjoy access to two communal pools with sun decks.

Work has already begun to install the access roads, water, sewage, electrical and communication, landscape design and other general infrastructure.

All homes will be air-conditioned throughout and feature WiFi access, a built in wall-safe, solar panel water heating, underground water reserve tanks and rain water tanks for irrigation.

The fully fitted kitchens will be supplied by our Italian designers Astercucine.  Granite work surfaces in a choice of colours will be available. The kitchens will feature double sinks, halogen hobs, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer with ice maker. In the laundry room a choice of top or front loading washing machine and dryer will be available..
 
Each bathroom will have the luxurious finish of Italian marble with chromed brass fittings. Master bathrooms will feature double vanity sinks, walk-in shower and a separate bath.  Recessed halogen lighting on dimmer switches will set the mood.
